8 WHC Physicians Named on Connecticut's Best Doctors List

We are excited to congratulate the physicians honored as Connecticut's Best Doctors of 2018 by Connecticut Magazine. In addition to providing excellent medical care to patients, these providers are prominent members of the CT community.

We are excited to congratulate the physicians honored as Connecticut’s Best Doctors of 2018 by Connecticut Magazine. Each year, Connecticut doctors are asked where they would send a loved one for expert medical care. Only the doctors most frequently recommended by their peers receive the honor of Connecticut’s Best Doctor. “It’s an honor to be recognized and respected by your peers for clinical excellence,” says Nancy Bernstein, President and CEO of Women’s Health CT. “We are proud to have these devoted physicians in our medical community.”

In addition to providing excellent medical care to patients, these physicians are prominent members of the Connecticut community and have varied extracurricular interests! This year’s honorees from Women’s Health CT are:

Tracy E. Brennan, MDWomen’s Comprehensive Health Care
Dr. Brennan has received Connecticare's Golden Heart Award for the highest patient satisfaction in Connecticut and was voted one of the Best Doctors in America. In her free time, Dr. Brennan enjoys volunteering with the Order of Malta, a lay religious organization dedicated to caring for people in need. She also serves as a board member for the adoption agency A Better World and has a recurring women’s health segment on Better Connecticut. Dr. Brennen has a teaching professorship at Hartford Hospital, where she teaches residents in the women’s health clinic.

Felice Colliton, MDWoodland Women’s Health Associates 
Dr. Colliton is the Lead Physician at Woodland Women’s Health Associates, a Women's Health CT practice. She specializes in minimally invasive robotic surgery, single incision laparoscopy, and incontinence procedures. She has been named a Top Doc by Hartford Magazine several times. An avid runner, Dr. Colliton ran a half marathon last October and is training to run a full marathon this year. In her spare time, she is learning to play bridge.

Neville J. Graham, MDWomen’s Comprehensive Health Care
Dr. Graham joined Women’s Health CT in 1987. He earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at Hartford Hospital. Dr. Graham was named a Top Doc by Connecticut Magazine in 2017.

Mary Beth Harman, DOWomen’s Health Care of Trumbull
Dr. Harman is a certified sex counselor specializing in sexual pain disorders and has become a mentor in Sacred Heart University's Nurse Practioner and Physican Assitant Programs. She finds it a joy to impart her experience and love for her profession to others. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and music. An avid gardener, Dr. Harman quotes actress and healthcare advocate Helen Hayes: "To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow."

Odin K. Kuiper, MDWomen’s Comprehensive Health Care
Dr. Kuiper is skilled in robotic assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy and myomectomy, surgeries which offer patients a quicker recovery. In 2012, Dr. Kuiper was featured on WFSB Channel 3 performing an involved hysterectomy through robotic assisted surgery at Hartford Hospital. He was honored as a Top Doc by Connecticut Magazine in 2017.

Emily Rosenbush, MDGynecology & Obstetrics
Dr. Rosenbush received her MD from New York University School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Barnes Jewish Hospital/Washington University Medical School. Dr. Rosenbush is an active member of several medical societies including the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Richard S. Ruben, MDPhysicians for Women
Dr. Ruben is the Lead Physician at Physicians for Women, a Women's Health CT practice. He is a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Women’s Health CT and a repeat Top Docs award recipient. In 2017, he was one of 12 outstanding staff members or employees of Danbury Hospital recognized for significant contributions to the healthcare system. He is a former all-American wrestler and was a serious violinist.

Matthew Saidel, MDWomen’s Comprehensive Health Care
Dr. Saidel is president of the Hartford Hospital medical staff and a founding member and co-medical director of Women’s Health CT. He has a special interest in family centered obstetrics, menopause, and vaginal surgery. He is a regular on Connecticut top doctors’ lists. Dr. Saidel achieves a work/life balance through his love of music. A talented pianist, he enjoys accompanying singers.
