Vito Ferrucci, M.D.
Dr. Vito Ferrucci was raised in Long Island, NY and attended Manhasset High School. He received his undergraduate degree from NYU in New York in 1981 as well as a Founders Day Award for Academic Achievement. Dr. Ferrucci graduated from New York Medical College in Valhalla, N.Y. in 1985 having earned his medical degree, and a Cor et Manus Award in recognition of outstanding service rendered to the medical college. Moving to Connecticut to complete his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stamford Hospital, Dr. Ferrucci graduated in 1989. That same year he became a founding partner of Ferrucci, Ferrucci & Morris, dedicating the focus of his career to women’s health.
Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Vito Ferrucci was recognized as one of Connecticut Magazine’s Top Doctors in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2006 and in 2012, he was selected as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in the field of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
