Women's Health Connecticut is currently seeking a Full-time, Front Desk Receptionist in Trumbull, CT!
Position: Medical Receptionist
Location: Women's Obstetrics & Gynecology
Address: 115 Technology Drive. Unit B107. Trumbull, CT 06611 (with flexibility to cover at the Fairfield location as needed)
Employment: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00a- 5:00p
Reports to: Practice Manager

Position duties and responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all patients and visitors
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Register patients and verify insurance eligibility
- Collect payments through various software systems
- Utilize phone system, fax machine, printer, copier, and scanner for all office functions
- Maintain a clean and organized front office appearance
- Other general administrative office duties
Skills/qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft applications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to support the Fairfield office as needed. (140 Sherman Street, 5th Floor Fairfield, CT 06824)
- Prior experience in a medical office setting performing charge entry, coding, and EMR work preferred
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
