Women's Health Connecticut is Now Offering Telemedicine Visits
To deliver safe and supportive care to our patients, Women’s Health Connecticut is now offering telemedicine visits where you can speak with your provider by video. We have partnered with Spruce Health, a telemedicine service that will allow you to get help for your non-urgent ObGyn needs over video chat. Most of our practices now offer this service through the mobile Spruce app.
Telemedicine appointments must be scheduled by calling the office, just as a regular appointment. The office will let you know if they are ready to accept telemedicine appointments.
To learn how to create an account on Spruce, click here, or you can call your physician’s office for instructions.
There is no charge for patients to use the Spruce app. When booking a telemedicine appointment in lieu of an in-office visit, there will be a charge for this service, patients may be subject to co-pay, co-insurance or a deductible.
