About Jonathan Foster, MD

Dr. Foster received his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude in 1985 from Pace University. He earned his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine in 1990 and completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Foster has since served as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Waterbury Hospital.

Dr. Foster is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. As a certified robotic surgeon, Dr. Foster offers total and supracervical robotic hysterectomies. His special interests include advanced laparoscopic surgery, vaginal reconstruction, surgical repairs of urinary incontinence, and high risk obstetrics.

Dr. Foster is an active sportsman and outdoors-man.
