About Precious Okunbor, MD
Precious Okunbor, MD joins the team at OBGYN Physicians in Milford after completing residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Southshore University Hospital in Bay Shore, NY in 2024. She earned her BS in biology and women’s and gender studies at Pace University in NYC and obtained her medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY.
Dr. Okunbor, a 1st generation Nigerian-American, has a passion for comprehensive women’s health, patient advocacy, autonomy and education. She believes in the practice of patient centered medicine and the impacts of culture when it comes to a patient’s involvement in medical decision making and positive health outcomes.
In her free time, Dr. Okunbor enjoys cooking, traveling, community outreach at her local parish and spending time with her family.
