Women’s Comprehensive Health Care is currently seeking an outgoing, experienced Medical Receptionist for one of our fast-paced Women’s Health groups. The Medical Receptionist will have the ability to handle a high volume of incoming phone calls while working simultaneously with staff, providers, and patients.

Employment Type: Full-time (40hrs)
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00a- 5:00p
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all patients and visitors.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Register patients and verify insurance eligibility.
- Collect payments through various software systems.
- Utilize phone system, fax machine, printer, copier, and scanner for all office functions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office appearance.
- Other general administrative office duties.
Skills/qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft applications.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
- Experience in women’s health preferred.
