Location: Women’s Health Connecticut- Corporate office

Travel: Travel to the CT Practices will be required 50% of the time
Hours per week: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Weekly Schedule: Monday- Friday

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Clinical Operations Lead, the Practice Performance Partner must be able to carry out tasks both independently and collaboratively, is well-organized, and is able to maintain a high level of detail-orientation while working in a fast-paced environment.  Demonstrated knowledge of WHC MSO Operations including revenue cycle, payer practices, financial auditing, IT and EMR services, clinical operations, patient satisfaction and compliance is essential as this role serves as an MSO Liaison to Physicians for Women’s Health LLC.  The ability to explain strategic plans to motivate others to success is essential. This role requires strong interdepartmental collaboration and communication to support, lead and motivate Divisions’ performance.

This role plays an important role in driving Division performance by leveraging reporting, analytics and change management.  It also provides support for problem resolution either by facilitating connections with the appropriate WHC functional area or through direct solutioning. A successful candidate for this role will have experience working with Physicians and Collaborative Providers, Practice Managers, and their staff. A customer service mindset is a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a point of contact for Practice Managers and Clinical Providers with the ability to engage support functions as needed to deliver the service model – both in-person and virtually
  • Support PWH Divisions’ financial health by leveraging analytics and direct observation to identify revenue enhancement opportunities (e.g., value-based care initiatives, ancillary services) and operating efficiencies
  • Support MSO leaders in implementing organization-wide initiatives, changes, or improvements
  • Participate in internal initiatives to improve approach, analytics, and technology used to interact with PWH Divisions
  • Work closely with all WHC departments in achieving high levels of Clinical Provider and manager engagement
  • Conduct in-person meetings with Practice Managers and/or Clinical Providers who need support and mentoring. Supplement with monthly remote meetings.
  • Provide Divisional support for training and development as needed
  • Work closely with functional teams during the onboarding and offboarding of Practice Managers, new providers, and office location changes
  • Participate in WHC meetings as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, requiring highly developed language and reasoning skills.
  • 5 years of experience in a health care organization with broad industry knowledge of patient care management, community-based Clinical Provider Care Center management, managed care and practice financials. Women’s health experience is a plus.
  • Change management experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Highly developed organizational skills including the ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously to deliver on-time completion.
  • Excellent operational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership and management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision is essential.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others internally and externally.
  • Financially astute – ensure reliable and consistent reporting and forecasting of budgets, creating and review of financial analysis/proformas and management of P&L statement.
  • Travel Time Required: 50%
