Billing Inquiries
For any questions or concerns regarding your bill, please contact our Central Billing Office at (800) 889-3333. Our team is here to help you understand your charges and assist with any billing-related inquiries.

Patient Relations
If you have any concerns, complaints, or grievances regarding your experience with our services, the Women’s Health Connecticut’s Patient Relations Department is here to help. We encourage you to speak directly with the staff at your practice, as many issues can be quickly resolved at the local level. However, if you feel your concern has not been addressed or you would prefer to speak with someone outside the practice, please contact our Patient Relations Hotline at 860-678-3490 or via email at PatientRelations@womenshealthct.com. Our dedicated team is committed to addressing your issues promptly and professionally. We take every concern seriously and will work with you to find a resolution. Please allow 7 business days to hear from a member of our Patient Relations team.

Our offices have a provider on call to handle emergencies 24 hours a day. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, always call 911.
