About Amanda Silverman
Amanda Silverman, APRN, joined Greater Hartford Women's Health Associates in 2017. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester, Massachusetts, and earned her nurse practitioner degree from Simmons College.
Amanda previously worked as a nurse at Day Kimball Hospital, where she specialized in Maternal Child Health. She played a significant role in the hospital's Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative, training employees on how to best support newborns and their mothers, and adapting hospital policies and procedures to be more baby-friendly. Amanda sees patients in our West Hartford, Hartford, and Glastonbury office locations.
