About Briana Huguenel, MD
Dr. Huguenel is a graduate of Wheaton College and attended the UConn School of Medicine. She became certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2018 and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Huguenel feels passionate about building trusting and therapeutic relationships with her patients such that they feel informed about their condition and empowered to participate in their treatment plan. It brings her joy when she can optimize a woman’s quality of life whether that means finding a contraception method suited to her life stage, helping her plan for and achieve a healthy pregnancy, work through postpartum depression and breastfeeding challenges, or alleviate abnormal bleeding.
Her interests outside of work are playing tennis and golf, hiking, reading, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband, two sons, and labradoodle, Daisy.
