About Margaret O’Neill, MD
Margaret O’Neill, MD is a board-eligible obstetrician-gynecologist who joined Women’s Comprehensive Health Care in December 2025. She provides the full spectrum of OB/GYN care with a focus on patient autonomy, evidence-based medicine, and collaborative decision-making. She enjoys caring for the patient across every stage of their reproductive lifespan, including supporting patients through major life transitions. She also has a passion for minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Her dedication to compassionate, individualized care, and empowering patients to feel confident and informed in their own health shines through every patient interaction.
Dr. O’Neill earned her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 2021 and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UMass Memorial Medical Center in 2025, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident during her final year. During training, she was recognized for excellence in teaching and minimally invasive gynecology and was actively involved in medical education and resident leadership.
She is a Junior Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and maintains professional memberships with the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
Outside of the office, Dr. O’Neill enjoys prioritizing time outdoors and with family, helping her to stay grounded and connected to the patients and families she serves.
